i love these images.. such a departure from the harajuku style that gets so much attention. i remember i used to visit a certain japanese street style blog (whose url i've now unfortunately forgotten) religiously, they had different sections for different areas of the city, and it was so awesome seeing how much the style of dress varied from place to place..

I love how the tie-dye is anything BUT hippy or craftsy. I would actual wear tie-dye if I came across clothes like the ones in the photos.
