Icon: Kings of Leon

Everyone knows the story of these preacher's boys turned rock stars. I consult they're records for sonic southern comfort as much as I consult they're styles for those 'what to wear'? days. They are notorious for wearing trousers so form fitting one wonders how they get in there (a look that I don't take part in). This is the doing of their mother, a plain preachers wife, who loves her boys and tends to all they're rock n' roll denim needs. Most men see fashion as something girly but even as the Kings jeans got tighter they never lost they're rough and tumble bar fight brawl lyrics. Jared, bass player and seemingly girl favorite, is especially stylish. I love it when he wears a fedora or his collection of neclaces all at once.

My favorite Kings songs "California Waiting" and "King of the Rodeo" are singles that stole my heart. With each record they've taken creative turns along the way. On their latest release "Because of the Times" more art is added in the mix of pure rock n' roll and the bass lines are fantastic. I bought it on a whim and can't put it down for long.

I love Kings of Leon. I'm obsessed with their music. Did you see them in Fashion Rocks magazine w/ Lilly Donaldson?

They've been my favorite band for a while now. I think Caleb is the most stylish. I don't know anybody else who could pull of a sleevless jean jacket and still look cool. They all have a very rough yet sleek look to them.
