"To meet Jeffrey was just like being given a set of paints. ... I had all this color in my life again. I just couldn't help falling in love with him. He was adorable, he was lovely. I read his diary; he read mine. We'd just swap, we'd literally just hand over this very personal stuff, and I've never done that with anybody else; I don't know if he has. So in some ways there was a great deal of intimacy, but then there'd be times when I'd just think, "I'm just not penetrating this Jeff Buckley boy at all.""
-Elizabeth Fraser (formerly of the Cocteau Twins)
Duet by Jeff Buckely and Elizabeth Fraser
Reading this sent a rush of emotion to my eyes. So beautiful.

That's beautiful. I hope one day I can maintain a relationship like that.
Wouldn't it just be so amzazing to be at that level with someone? But at the same time sad, she never could read him entirely, she could never be quite sure. He was so incredible though, and it angers me that so many people listen to the X-Factor shit and not to his version of the song. Of course Cohen was the master, but I personally think Jeff did it x10000 better than him.
Hope
